| Transitional Housing |
| This Program is operated as part of the City of Bangor's Shelter Plus Care Program. The Transitional Housing Program maintains eight shared apartments in the Parkwoods sections of the city where participants may live for up to two years. As part of the Shelter Plus Care Program each client is followed by a case manager and must be actively involved in recovery activities. |
