| For the protection of both patients and visitors, weapons are not permitted inside The Acadia Hospital. Items such as guns, any kind of knives, mace, and pepper spray are all considered to be weapons. If you have any of these items upon entering the hospital, you are required to check them with the front desk for safe-keeping. Your items will be returned to you at the end of your visit. |
