Evening of music and dancing a huge success, raising over $35,000 for Acadia Hospital Youth Services
Great music, some friendly competition, tasty food and friends of Acadia all combined to create a memorable rock ‘n roll evening at Husson University May 26.
Thanks to many sponsors, the Retro Rockerz and Stone Doctors, and 162 attendees The Acadia Hospital raised over $35,000. The funds are earmarked to support Acadia’s Youth Services. At the end of the night the big winner of the Battle of Bands was the youth who receive care at The Acadia Hospital.
“I couldn’t be happier with how the evening went,” commented Acadia President and CEO Dan Coffey. “The amount of support for Acadia displayed at the event should make all Acadia supporters proud. I am grateful to all those who helped us pull off this special night of music as the hospital prepares to celebrate 20 years of service.”
